Walk-ins are welcome for piercings and small tattoo work, but we always recommend booking ahead — especially for custom pieces or longer sessions. This ensures we can give you our full attention without rushing.

Get a good night's sleep, eat a solid meal beforehand, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the area being tattooed. Avoid alcohol the night before — it thins your blood and can affect the session.

Every sensation is different, but most clients describe it as a quick pinch or pressure rather than sharp pain. We use hollow needles that are significantly cleaner and faster than piercing guns. We'll talk you through each step so you know exactly what to expect.

After every service, we provide a detailed aftercare card and an aftercare kit. The basics: keep the area clean, apply a thin layer of recommended ointment, avoid soaking or direct sunlight, and don't pick at scabs. We're always available if you have follow-up questions during healing.

Yes — cover-ups are one of our specialties. Bring in photos of your existing tattoo and we'll give you an honest assessment of what's possible. Some old work can be incorporated into a new design; other pieces may need laser lightening first. We'll never oversell you.
